The Old Town Charles River Open Canoe is a combination of Old Town's classic designs with modern materials that have excellent durability and weight. The Charles River Canoe is one of the most traditional graceful canoes available, whilst maintaining fantastic performance for all abilities with its excellent handling characteristics. The Charles River Canoe has black vinyl gunwales, nylon webbed seats and ash thwart and yoke. The Charles River can be paddled solo or tandem. The Charles River Canoe is available in two different materials - Polylink 3 or Royalex. The Royalex Charles River is much lighter than the Polylink Charles River Canoe.
