The Enigma Canoes Prospector Sport takes the basic form factor of the original Prospector and dials down the rocker slightly whilst narrowing the beam and ensuring the bows and stern have a slightly finer entry and exit. Whilst this does reduce the capacity slightly it ensures the canoe carries its speed further and tracks well. This Prospector is ideal for longer paddles and with its 16ft length will easily seat two plus gear. This open boat is perfectly suited to heading out across large lakes or river treks but will also handle some lower grade moving water (as long as the paddlers are up to it!).

Outfitted as standard with 2 x traditional wood webbed seats as well as a wooden thwart, a deluxe carrying yoke and bow & stern carry handles the Prospector Sport not only performs well but has more of a classic look than more flat bottomed craft.

The Enigma Prospector Sport is manufactured in Canada and constructed from a tough high density foam core laminated polyethylene which gives the hull high rigidity and is not as susceptible to oil canning as single skin craft. Ideal for both everyday paddlers and Commercial/Rental markets too.
