The Enigma Canoes RTI 13 is the smallest and lightest open in the Enigma range. At 13ft and just over 20kg in weight it can easily be lifted off a car roof and down to the water by one person. The canoe is set up with a single seat which is wood webbing for ease of kneeling.
The RTI 13 is fairly narrow on the beam with minimal rocker. This makes for a fast solo canoe with excellent tracking but will certainly feel tender for those not used to a kneeling stance when paddling open boats. We would suggest this canoe is best suited to those paddlers with some experience and is ideal for exploring those lesser known smaller waterways where it can easily be manoeuvred and paddled through the narrowest of cuts.
Due to the compact dimensions of the RTI 13, it is also ideal for younger paddlers looking for their first Canadian canoe.
