The Palm Vector cag offers protection from the elements with minimal bulk. Constructed from mid-weight waterproof and breathable fabric, the Vector cag is a good choice for touring kayakers and novice to intermediate paddlers.
The Palm Vector cag features an adjustable neoprene neck seal, which can be opened to the chest to allow venting in warmer conditions. The wrist seals are neoprene, as is the front portion of the waist seal. The design uses an action cut to reduce garment ride up. There is also a small chest pocket with a water resistant zip.
