The Palm Velocity is a beginner to intermediate level full latex gasketed jacket constructed from a two-layer mid-weight, breathable fabric. This is an ideal first dry cag which is also useful to more seasoned paddlers as a lighter top for warm weather.

- Fully taped seams
- Velcro adjustable neoprene waistband with drawcord adjustable inner waist.
