The Perception Triumph 13 sit on top kayak is a great sit on kayak  for touring and exploring UK coastal and inland waters. The hull design has evolved from Perception's touring line-up of market leading kayaks, making it faster and easier to paddle than most sit on tops on the market. The Triumph 13’s length and upswept flared bow allows the kayak to cut through the chop whilst remaining stable. This bow shape also helps to deflect spray & combined with a slightly higher sitting position provides a much drier ride than it competitors. The Triumph 13 is the ideal choice for those looking to paddle longer distances or short distances with minimum effort. There is ample storage space thanks to a large rear storage well, front storage compartment & small centre hatch. The Bow storage is accessed by a large oval dual density hatch and will easily accommodate a trolley like the C-Tug Sandtrakz.

The Perception Triumph 13 also includes Perception's trademark moulded handles as well as front & rear carry toggles, making it easy to move the kayak around and car top. Other design features include moulded footrests, paddle keep, centre child seat & even a mug holder.

Although sold as a tourer the Triumph 13 can be easily adapted into a fishing kayak, until recently a specific Triumph 13 Angler outfitting was available. Two flush mounted rod holders fit either side just behind the seat and an accessory mount can be fitted in recesses on the raised area between your feet for fitting a fish finder, the Triumph 13 will outperform most modern kayaks in terms of paddling performance.

Should you be an adventurous spirit inclined to paddle on windy or choppy water days the Triumph is rudder ready and it is not a difficult task to DIY fit the Perception Rudder Kit.
