1 Meter Length of Chain for Kayak Anchors

A popular addition to many kayak angler's anchoring systems, is a length of chain. The extra weight of the chain boosts the holding power of your anchor, allowing for a better, more reliable grip, even in rough waters, helping to ensure a stable and effective anchorage.

The 6 mm short-link design provides approximately 800g of extra weight and is ideal for anchor set-ups. Simply attach the chain to the eyelet at the base of your anchor using an Anchor Shackle, and use a low strength cable tie (or similar) to create a weak link attachment for the chain at the top of the anchor.

This anchor chain is sold in pre-cut 1 meter lengths - the ideal amount for adding to an anchor for kayak fishing.
