THULE's Largest Tow Bar Mounted Bike Carrier
Thule Velospace XT 2 (938) and VeloSpace XT 3 (939) are versatile bike carriers for a wide range of bike types – including e-bikes, fatbikes, mountain bikes and small children’s bikes. They can also carry carbon fibre bikes with an optional adapter sold separately.
Mounting and securing is made easy with the detachable bike arms and Thule AcuTight torque limiter knobs that 'click' when the optimal torque has been reached to hold the bikes securely. The smart foot pedal tilts the rack away from the rear of the vehicle to provide easy access to the car luggage space with the bikes still loaded. Both the bikes and VeloSpace rack are super secure with the supplied locking system - lock your bikes to the bike rack and your bike rack to the towbar!
The extra-long wheel trays enable transport of large bikes up to 1300 mm wheelbase. Loading the bikes requires minimal lifting and you will appreciate the extra width between wheel holders (25 cm) for the easy mounting of sturdy bikes. If you are loading a heavier bike, such as an e-bike or a fat wheel bike, then the optional loading ramp can be quickly and securely attached making life even easier.
With the optional Thule VeloSpace XT Bike Adapter (sold separately), you can extend either of the VeloSpace Racks to carry an additional bike. You also have the option to add the Thule BackSpace lightweight 300l cargo box, transforming your bike rack into a cargo carrier when not carrying bikes!
When not in use, the Thule VeloSpace carriers are fully foldable and can be stowed in the rear storage area of most vehicles.
