The Wave Sport Scooter X is the latest version of one of the most popular single Sit on Tops around, previously called the Perception scooter. Recently brought in to the Wave Sport stable, the Scooter has now undergone a spectacular facelift and has been re-launched as the Wave Sport Scooter X.  The new model has a contrasting matt and gloss finish, sleek lines and colours that really pop. But don't think it's all about looks - the new design has many ergonomic features that really help the paddler to get the most from a kayak. The bow and stern handles have been improved with a larger more comfortable grip. There is a central hatch for small items, note that we recommend phones are put in a waterproof case and worn on the paddler rather than stored in a hatch.

  There is a strap down drinks bottle holder which can also be used for a throw line or rolled up cagoule. The footrests has been redesigned with a water drainage channel and better shaped support. Finally the fittings have been improved to make the seat connection stronger than ever and the bungee in the rear tank well easier to use. Thigh strap fittings allow optional straps to be fitted for more control when surfing small waves. The upswept bow with a soft profile on the hull helps avoid purling and increases agility on waves while the recessed side handles, and rail like side profile, are ideal for riding along the face of waves.

Of course the Scooter X still comes with the great Wave Sport White Out seat.
