The Werner Cyprus is among our most popular Performance Core high angle blade design. The mid size performance core blades fit a wide range of kayakers and are versatile to use during advanced manoeuvres or all around touring. Performance Core blades are buoyant, lightweight, and durable. The foam core gives them plenty of buoyancy. Extremely stable bracing and rolling, powerful catch and smooth linking stokes.
The Cyprus is available in two shaft configurations:
The Straight shaft is the lightest weight option and allows for easy hand movement along the shaft on strokes like bow rudder and braces or during rolling.
Werner's Neutral Bent Shaft aims to provide a grip point that more naturally aligns arm, wrist and hand to reduce strain. This can be particularly beneficial for those with arthritis or other conditions affecting tendons and joints.
