The Wilderness Systems Tarpon E 100 is the smallest Sit On Top in the popular Tarpon range. It's great fun for adults and the kids to paddle on gentle water and in the surf. The hull shape offers plenty of stability so it is great for novices however it will also suit more experienced paddlers too.

If kayak fishing is on your wish list then you can fit Railblaza fishing rod holders and other accessories, such as a camera boom or safety flag, to the slide tracks at the rear and front of the kayak. This system doesn't require any holes to be drilled into your kayak. There is also the option to self fit flush mount rod holders either side just behind the seat so you can easily troll a lure as you paddle or you can just use them to take your rods out to a fishing spot.

The build quality and outfitting of the Tarpon 100 is superb and the Air Pro Phase 3 Seat System provides maximum comfort. The backrest pad can be easily raised or lowered to suit different sized paddlers and there is adjustable under thigh leg support too! The seat base is made from drilled dense foam with a mesh covering, there are two scupper holes beneath the seat so any splashes will drain through leaving you high and dry rather than sitting in a pool of water like in some SOTs. Other great features include adjustable footrests, 2 hatches and plenty of useful deck bungees and pockets.

The compact size of the Tarpon 100 E makes it one of the easiest kayaks to car top on a standard car roof rack. The Tarpon 100 is small enough to fit in the back of many vans.
