The Mens NRS Stratos Jacket is an excellent mid-range paddling cag for white water use feature twin waist, latex wrist seals and a comfortable Glideskin neck seals. Glideskin neck seals are almost as dry as latex seals with the added bonus of being more comfortable and less restrictive than a latex neck seal
