The Yak Apollo is one of our most popular paddling jackets for touring and sea kayaking. It is made from durable DK10K soft touch fabric which is waterproof, breathable and quiet when worn. The seams are taped and the zips reversed to give as much weather protection as possible. The neck seal is soft PU with a Velcro tap for all day comfort whilst the wrist seals are traditional latex inners with a Velcro outer cuff for total protection.
The neck is surrounded by a high storm collar in which stows a fold out hood in a bright hi vis yellow for safety. There are also reflective accents all round for additional night time visibility.
The Apollo is cut with no underarm seams and plenty of room on the shoulders for ease of movement. There is a fully lined double waist and lightweight inner skirt for dry trousers or spraydeck.
